The magnetic bead method is used to extract bacterial genomic DNA agent box, which can promote the specific recognition and efficient combination of genomic DNA and magnetic bead under the use of binding solution after the complete cleavage of bacteria in the lysate. After rinsing with bleaching solution, impurity proteins and other organic compounds can be removed to the maximum extent, and DNA can be separated from the sample under the action of external magnetic force. The extracted genomic DNA has high concentration and good purity, which can be applied to all kinds of molecular biology downstream experiments, and is suitable for Gram-positive bacteria.
