The kit uses column method to extract whole blood RNA, without the need to use red cell lysate to split red blood cells. Simple, without the use of DNA enzymes can also be very good adsorption and removal of genomic DNA, using this kit extraction. The RNA is free of protein and other impurities and can be used for RT-PCR, fluorescent quantitative PCR, in vitro translation and molecular cloning and other downstream experiments. The operation is simple and the time is short.
