Product introduction:
All kinds of fluorescent antibodies developed by Solarbio are antisera prepared by Solarbio, which were purified into antibody IgG components. Using the direct labeling method established by our company, fluorescein isothiocyanate (imported) and rhodamine fluorescein isothiocyanate (red)(RBITC, imported) were covalently cross-linked to the lysine molecule of antibody (IgG) molecule, and fluorescein isothiocyanate (red) was covalently cross-linked to the lysine molecule of antibody (igg) molecule. Application:
1. Used for antigen or antibody detection of bacteria, viruses, treponema pallidum, Leptospira and other microorganisms.
2. A variety of autoantibody fluorescence tests for clinical autoimmune diseases, such as antinuclear antibody, anti-myocardial antibody, etc.
3. Detection of cytokines by fluorescence flow cytometry.
4. Immunofluorescence staining of leukocyte typing antigens.
5. Examination of antigens and antibodies in immunohistochemistry and immunopathology, such as various tumor antigens.
Main performance:
Each 0.5ml liquid, containing 0.03%NaN3 preservative, IgG protein concentration was about 5mg/ml, FITC was imported well-known brand isomer I, the concentration was about 70-80 μg/ml, the maximum absorption peak was 495nm, the maximum emission peak was 525nm. The working concentration was diluted 1:10-1:20 with 0.01mol/L pH7.4PBS. Diluted antibodies should be used up within a week if possible. The concentrated solution can be stored for one year at -20℃, and repeated freezing and thawing should be avoided as far as possible.
