This kit uses alkaline cleavage method to lysate cells, and extracts plasmid DNA specifically according to the principle that the centrifuge adsorption column specifically binds DNA in solution under high salt state. The silicon matrix material used in the centrifugal adsorption column can efficiently and specifically adsorb DNA, which can maximize the removal of foreign proteins and other organic compounds in the cell. Plasmid DNA extracted with this kit can be used for a variety of routine operations, including enzyme digestion, PCR, sequencing, ligature, and transformation tests.
