This kit uses alkaline cleavage method to lysate cells, and extracts plasmid DNA specifically according to the principle that the centrifuge adsorption column specifically binds DNA in solution under high salt state. The silicon matrix material used in the centrifugal adsorption column can efficiently and specifically adsorb DNA, which can maximize the removal of foreign proteins and other organic compounds in the cell. Endotoxin scavenger developed by Solarbio for maximum removal of endotoxins. 200-300μg plasmid DNA with high purity and high copy can be quickly extracted from 50-100mL E. coli LB medium, and the extraction rate can reach 85-90%. The plasmid DNA extracted with this kit is of high purity and can be used directly for demanding experiments such as cell transfection, as well as for a variety of other routine operations including enzyme digestion, PCR, sequencing, linking and transformation tests.
