E.Z.N.A.® Gel Extraction Kit
E.Z.N.A? Gel Extraction Kit uses silica gel column purification technology to recover 100bp-20kb DNA fragments from various types and concentrations of agarice gels with a recovery rate of 60-70%. It can be directly applied to enzymatic ligation reaction, PCR amplification, enzyme digestion and labeling experiments. In addition, the kit can be used to purify DNA directly from PCR products and enzyme digestion products. The target DNA fragments were cut from the agarose gel, added to the Binding Buffe water bath to dissolve the gel, and then transferred to the HiBind? centrifuge column to centrifuge and bind the DNA. After a simple two-step washing, the DNA was finally eluted with the Elution Buffer. Fast - the purification can be completed within 15 minutes; Reliable - optimal buffer for DNA purity and high recovery; Safe - no exposure to harmful organic matter extraction; High quality - purified DNA suitable for a variety of applications, large fragments - DNA fragments larger than 10kb can be recovered.
