Introduction:Janus Green B is a specific live cell dye for mitochondria, which can make them appear blue-green while the cytoplasm is nearly colorless. The distribution and morphology of mitochondria can be observed under a high-power microscope. Janus Green B can also be used for staining fungi and pathogens, as well as staining embryo sections.
Solubility: soluble in water, slightly soluble in alcohol.
