Product Introduction:
Cefazolin sodium is a semi-synthetic broad spectrum cephalosporin, and its antibacterial mechanism, antibacterial spectrum and adaptability are similar to cephalosporin
Use and synthesis method:
Scientific research reagent, widely used in molecular biology, pharmacology and other scientific research. Cefazolin is the first generation cephalosporin and has a wide antibacterial spectrum. The mechanism of action is to bind to the penicillin-binding protein on the bacterial cell membrane, which makes the transpeptidase acylated, and the bacterial growth is inhibited, resulting in dissolution and death. In addition to Enterococcus and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus, this product has good antibacterial activity against other gram-positive coccus, and streptococcus pneumoniae and hemolytic streptococcus are more sensitive to this product. Diphtheria, anthrax, listeria and clostridium are also sensitive to this product. This product has good antibacterial activity against some Escherichia coli, Proteus mirabilis and Klebsiella pneumoniae, but has poor antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus. Bacillus typhi, Shigella and Neisseria are sensitive to this product, and other enterobacteriaceae bacteria, acinetobacter and Pseudomonas aeruginosa are resistant. Gonococcus zymogenes was resistant to this product. Haemophilus influenzae is only moderately sensitive. Gram-positive anaerobes and some Gram-negative anaerobes are more sensitive to this product. Bacteroides fragilis is resistant to drugs.
Storage conditions: 2-8 ℃, avoid light, moisture, sealed and dry.
