Suitable for urine, can extract 500 mL urine.
Product description: Exosome is a small vesicle (30-150 nm) containing RNA and protein secreted by cells, which exists in large quantities in blood, saliva, urine and milk and other body fluids. Exosomes are thought to have the function of intercellular messengers, transmitting their effectors or signal molecules between specific cells; however, their structure, effector composition and biological pathways involved are not clear.
In the study of the biological function of exocrine bodies, it is necessary to separate complete exocrine particles, but the traditional ultracentrifugation method has the advantages of tedious steps, high hardware requirements and difficult operation. The rapid exosome extraction kit developed by Solarbio is suitable for exosome extraction in urine after optimization, and exocrine particles can be obtained quickly and efficiently.
