Product introduction
Under certain conditions, organophosphorus and carbamate have an inhibitory effect on the normal function of cholinase, and the inhibitory rate is proportional to the concentration of pesticides. Under normal circumstances, the enzyme catalyzes the hydrolysis of neuroconduction metabolite (acetylcholine), and its hydrolytic product reacts with the color reagent to produce yellow substance. The change value of absorbance with time is measured by spectrophotometer to calculate the inhibitory rate. The inhibition rate can be used to detect the presence of organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides in the product.
