Product introduction
Glutamate dehydrogenase is a mitochondrial enzyme, mainly present in liver, heart muscle and kidney, and a small amount in brain, skeletal muscle and white blood cells. GDH catalyzes the deamination of other amino acids such as L-valine, L-2-aminobutyric acid and L-leucine in addition to the dehydrogenation of L-glutamate. The measurement method is mainly continuous monitoring method.
