As an important part of natural immune cells, neutrophils play an important role in the occurrence and development of a variety of diseases. In order to further explore the mechanism of its action, it is often necessary to isolate neutrophils from human and animal peripheral blood for study. This neutrophil isolation kit mainly obtains target cells by density gradient centrifugation according to the different characteristics of cell density in whole blood. This kit uses a unique erythrocyte sedimentation and separation procedure that significantly increases neutrophil purity with virtually no red cell contamination.
