Product introduction
Alkaline protease is a proteolytic enzyme extracted from Bacillus licheniformis by fermentation. The main component is Bacillus licheniformis protease, with a molecular weight of about 27300. It is a serine type endoprotease, which can hydrolyse macromolecular proteins into peptides and amino acids and other products at a certain temperature and PH value, and has a strong ability to decompose proteins. The production process is the use of microfiltration ultrafiltration membrane separation, spray drying or vacuum freeze drying and other advanced technologies.
Scope of application
The product quality reaches food grade standards and reagent grade standards, widely used in food, medical, brewing, silk, leather, blood cleaning, washing industry, can meet a variety of different requirements.
