Product introduction
ACldic Protease is an acid protease preparation with high activity under acidic conditions, which is made by deep fermentation of Aspergillus, a high producing strain of acid protease. Brown or gray powder, made by fermentation of Aspergillus Niger, soluble in water.
Scope of application
It is widely used in feed, textile, wastewater treatment and juice purification. Purpose: Biochemical research. Hydrolyzing protein, with strong hydrolysis ability, can hydrolyse macromolecular proteins into amino acids and other products.
Unit definition
At 40℃,pH3.0, 1g of enzyme powder or 1ml of enzyme solution hydrolyzed casein for 1 min to produce 1ug of tyrosine as an activity unit (u/g or u/ml).

2.0-5.0
Optimum temperature
45-55℃
