Product Introduction
Synthetic agarose series products use synthetic technology to get rid of the dependence on natural seaweed feedstock for higher gel strength, lower electroosmosis (EEO) and higher resolution.
This product is a modified agarose with special gel properties. Compared with the conventional agar-agar, it has a lower melting temperature and gel temperature, the gel can melt when the temperature reaches 65℃, the melting temperature is lower than the melting point of most double-stranded DNA, and it can still maintain a flowing melt state between 30℃and 55℃. When the temperature reaches below 30℃, it will solidified into gel. The resulting gel has better screening performance and higher transparency than the standard melting temperature agarose, and is more suitable for DNA/RNA recovery after nucleic acid electrophoresis and enzymatic reaction in the gel, as well as for tissue culture cell cloning and viral spot experiments.
Advantages
1. Super high gel strength
2. Ultra-low electroosmosis
3. It is highly soluble
Usage
Nucleic acid fragment recovery, intramellar reaction, tissue culture cell cloning, viral plaque assay.
