Product Introduction

Synthetic agarose series products use synthetic technology to get rid of the dependence on natural seaweed feedstock for higher gel strength, lower electroosmosis (EEO) and higher resolution.

This PCR-grade high-resolution agarose has a very high resolution for the separation of nucleic acid fragments of 20bp-800bp, and the resolution of the prepared agarose gel (2%-4%) can be close to that of the polyacrylamide gel (4%-8%), and the gel can be prepared up to 5%. The gel solution is more clear, the background is very low, and the transparency is greater than 85% (1.5% agarose gel solution), which is the first choice for the separation and purification of small fragments of nucleic acid and PCR products.
