Product Introduction
Synthetic agarose series products use synthetic technology to get rid of the dependence on natural seaweed feedstock for higher gel strength, lower electroosmosis (EEO) and higher resolution.
As a specially modified agar-agar with ultra-low gel temperature and melting point, this product can be used as an excellent raw material for hybridoma cell cloning medium to help form a soft, transparent, homogeneous gel. It can also be applied to the construction of cDNA libraries to reduce the possibility of the clone with low abundance disappearing during amplification due to the difference in replication rate.
Advantages
1. Super high gel strength
2. Ultra-low electroosmosis
3. It is highly soluble
Usage
cDNAlibraries
