Alendronate sodium hydroxyethyldronate sodium is a bone resorption inhibitor; Hexahydrofarnesyl diphosphate synthase inhibitors (farnesyldiphosphatesynthase) (IC50 = 460 nm); CD45 protein tyrosine phosphatase (proteintyrosinephosphatase) inhibitors. It is used in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis and senile osteoporosis, osteoporosis, ectopic ossification, such as Paget's disease, deformable osteitis, kidney stones, malignant hypercalcemia and so on.
