HeatstableNucleosidediphosphokinase (HSNucleosidediphosphokinase) is a kind of separation from heat habitat thermophilic bacteria Thermusthermophilus NDPK (Nucleosidediphosphat Kinase (ekinase) homologous protein. In the optimum temperature range of 60-75℃, it is responsible for the synthesis of its ribonucleotides other than ATP in the body. Generation of triribonucleotides from diribonucleotides: (d)XDP+(d)YTP?(d)XTP+(d)YDP. The protein was purified and prepared by gene recombination technology.
