Product Introduction
Nucleoside diphosphate kinase (Nucleosidediphosphatekinase NDPK) catalytic adenosine triphosphate (ATP) and nucleoside diphosphate (NDP) between the transfer of high-energy phosphate groups, in the body responsible for the synthesis of other ribonucleotide except ATP generation. Generation of triribonucleotides from diribonucleotides: (d)XDP+(d)YTP?(d)XTP+(d)YDP. In addition, this enzyme also has NDP kinase activity and protein phosphotransferase activity, and is involved in transcriptional regulation and signal transduction. The protein is derived from S.cerevisiae and is expressed through recombinant expression.
