Product Introduction
TthUvrD helicase is derived from Thermusthermophilus, a protein that has the ability to unspin DNA at 3 '-5' under heat-stable conditions. The enzyme is thermophilic, helicase-dependentamplification (tHDA) at high temperature, which can assist the polymerase to unchain and thus complete the isothermal amplification. The enzyme tolerates 65℃and does not depend on single-chain binding proteins for thermostatic amplification. This product is prepared for recombinant expression and purification in E.coli.
