Product Introduction
The T4 phage gene 32 encoding protein is a single stranded DNA (ssDNA) binding protein required for the replication and repair of T4 phage DNA. It coordinates and stabilizes the instantaneously formed ssDNA region, which plays an important structural role in the DNA replication of T4 phage. The protein is also widely used to stabilize and label ssDNA regions in order to observe the structure of DNA within cells with electron microscopy. Recent reports have shown that the protein encoded by T4 phage gene 32 can promote digestion of restriction enzyme, reverse transcription efficiency in RT-PCR, enhance T4DNA polymerase activity and increase PCR yield.
Application
1. Increase the yield and elongation of reverse transcription in the RT-PCR process
2. When PCR is performed on soil samples, the yield and specificity of target fragments are increased
3. Stabilize and label ssDNA structure
Precautions
(1) The molecular weight of this protein is 33KDa.
(2) The protein does not contain glycerol components and can be used to establish a freeze-drying system.
(3) The optimal reaction temperature of the protein is 37℃, and 65℃20min can make the protein
Protein inactivation.
