Product Introduction
ETSSB (Extremely High Heat Stable Single chain binding protein) is a single strand DNA binding protein isolated from extremely heat-resistant microorganisms, and still has full activity after 60 minutes of incubation at 95℃. Because of its high thermal stability, ETSSB can be used in experiments requiring high-temperature reaction conditions, such as improving the elongation of DNA polymerase, stabilizing and labeling ssDNA structure, increasing the yield and specificity of PCR reaction, increasing the yield and elongation of reverse transcription in RT-PCR, and improving DNA sequencing in regions with strong secondary structure.

Precautions
(1) The molecular weight of the protein is 35KDa.
(2) The protein preservation solution contains 50% glycerol.
