Instructions for use of strains
1. The strain is the second generation, valid for 1 month. If you find contamination or inactivity, please contact our company within 7 days after purchase.
2. Strain operation should be carried out under sterile conditions to prevent contamination of miscellaneous bacteria.
3. Inclined surface moss transfer method: Pour the supporting liquid medium into the inclined test tube and scrape the moss into the liquid using a sterile inoculation ring. Pour the liquid medium containing the moss back into the original tube and oscillate to make the moss evenly distributed. The sterile cotton swab was fully immersed in the bacterial suspension, and 1/5-1/3 area of the plate was coated, using the inoculation ring to cross line the coating area to form a single colony.
4. This method is for reference only and can be passed down and preserved in other reasonable ways as appropriate.
