Recombinant Human PDGF-BB
Purity:Measured by its ability to binding PDGFR2B used funtional ELISA.The ED50 for this binding effect is 5.04ug/ml when PDGFB 1ug/ml in a solid phases.≥95% as determined by reducing SDS-PAGE.
Storage:Lyophilized protein should be stored at ≤ -20°C, stable for one year after receipt. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 2-8°C for 2-7 days. Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at ≤ -20°C for 3 months.
Appearance:Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution of 4mM HCl.
Recombinant Human Platelet-Derived Growth Factor BB is produced by our E.coli expression system and the target gene encoding Ser82-Thr190 is expressed.
