Product introduction
Purpose and description: Scientific research reagent, widely used in molecular biology, pharmacology and other scientific research. It is converted to 5-fluoro-2-deoxyuracil nucleotide in vivo, which inhibits thymidine nucleotide synthetase and blocks the conversion of deoxyuracil nucleotide to deoxythymidine nucleotide, thereby inhibiting DNA biosynthesis. In addition, the inhibition of RNA synthesis was achieved by preventing the incorporation of uracil and orotic acid into RNA. This drug is a cell cycle specific drug, mainly inhibit S phase cells (for reference only).
