Product Introduction:
Cephalexin belongs to the first generation of cephalosporin, the antibacterial spectrum is similar to cephalosporin, but its antibacterial activity is worse than the latter. In addition to Enterococcus and methicillin-resistant staphylococcus, most strains of Streptococcus pneumoniae, hemolytic streptococcus, and penicillinase producing or non-producing staphylococcus were sensitive to this product. This product has good antibacterial action against Neisseria, but the sensitivity of Haemophilus influenzae to this product is poor. This product has certain antibacterial action against some Escherichia coli, Proteus mirabilis, Salmonella and shigella. Other enterobacteriaceae bacteria, acinetobacter, pseudomonas aeruginosa and Bacteroides fragile showed resistance to this product. Clostridium and Vergeon are generally sensitive to this product, and anaerobic gram-positive bacteria are moderately sensitive to this product (for reference only).
