Use: Scientific research reagent, widely used in molecular biology, pharmacology and other scientific research. Pharmacological effects: 1. Anticonvulsant: intraperitoneal injection of 150mg/kg has obvious anticonvulsant effect on pentylenetetrazolium in rats, so that the convulsion rate is significantly reduced, and it also has obvious anticonvulsant effect on electric convulsion and "auditory seizure". The strength of the anticonvulsant effect was comparable to that of phenytoin sodium versus trimethyldione. 2. Sedation: the mice were injected with 25mg/kg, 5 minutes later, they closed their eyes, bowed their heads, lay prone, and rarely moved. The number of activities in half an hour decreased from 244 to 95. It acts synergistically with sodium thiopental to counteract the inhibitory effect of morphine or pentobarbital on respiration, which is stronger and safer than pentylenetetrazole or nikethamide. Melting point 131-135℃ (lit.); It was dissolved in ethanol (57mg/ml), DMSO(57mg/ml), alcohol (66.67mg/ml) and diethyl ether (27.78 mg/ml).
