Use and synthesis method:
The product is a penicillin class antibiotic. The antibacterial spectrum is the same as that of penicillin. It has antibacterial activity against most gram-positive bacteria, gram-negative bacteria, some Gram-negative bacteria (such as Haemophilus), spirochaetes and actinomyces, but most staphylococcus strains (>90%), including Staphylococcus aureus and coagulase negative staphylococcus, can produce β-lactamase to hydrolyze and inactivate the product. The activity of this product against most sensitive strains is 2 to 5 times weaker than that of penicillin. There was no antibacterial effect on penicillinase producing strains. The mechanism of action of the product is to inhibit the synthesis of the bacterial cell wall, so that the bacteria quickly break and dissolve (for reference only).
Penicillins penicillin V potassium salt is oral acid and enzyme resistant semi-synthetic penicillin, the mechanism of action is the same as penicillin G. Penicillin V potassium is not suitable for the treatment of serious infections.
Although penicillin V potassium salt is unstable to penicillinase, it is slightly slower to be inactivated by penicillinase than penicillin, and its effect on some Staphylococcus aureus is slightly stronger than that of penicillin G. However, the antibacterial activity against most sensitive strains is 2 to 5 times weaker than that of penicillin G. Penicillin V potassium salt is characterized by acid resistance and oral absorption is obviously better than penicillin G. Penicillin V potassium salt has strong activity against gram-positive coccus such as Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Streptococcus pneumoniae and treponema pallidum. It also has certain effects on corynebacterium diphtheriae, Bacillus anthracis, Clostridium, actinomyces bovis, Streptococcus monocytogenes, Liesia monocytogenes, leptospirosis and Neisseria gonorrhoeae.
