Millet Processing Accuracy Test Kit (EMB staining method)
Product introduction
The detection principle of this staining method is to take advantage of the different affinities of different tissue components of millet for various staining groups. After staining, each tissue of the rice grain shows different staining effects, so as to determine the processing accuracy of millet. It is also called methylene blue-eosin staining or eosin-methylene blue staining. It is used for inspecting the processing accuracy of commercial grain millet. It is composed of methylene blue, eosin, methanol, etc.
