Product introduction
When the plasma is diluted and the weak acid is added, the euglobulin component will precipitate when the pH drops to 4.5. After centrifugation, the fibrinolytic inhibitor can be removed. The precipitated euglobulin component contains fibrinogen, plasminogen and plasminogen activator, etc. The time required for complete dissolution of the clot was observed at 37 ° C. The kit is mainly used to observe the total activity of the fibrinolytic system, and is a screening test for the activity of the fibrinolytic system.
