Product introduction

Organic acids exist in a variety of living organisms. The type and amount of organic acids in plant tissues or fruits vary with the type and variety of plant tissues or fruits, which in turn affect the taste, acid-sugar ratio, and storage tolerance of fruits.

The kit can also be called organic acid detection kit, its detection principle is based on the principle of acid-base neutralization, that is, using a known concentration of sodium hydroxide solution to titrate the sample to be tested, according to the consumption of sodium hydroxide to calculate the content of titrable acid in the sample to be tested, It is mainly used to quantitatively detect the content of titrable acids (such as malic acid, citric acid, tartaric acid, oxalic acid, etc.) in plant tissues or fruits. The 50T kit can detect about 47-48 samples.
