Urobilogen Qualitative Test Kit (Modified Ehrlich method)
Product introduction
Urobilinogen, also known as urobilinogen, is the destruction of old red blood cells in the liver or spleen. Heme will be converted to indirect bilirubin, which is metabolized by bacteria in the intestine to become urobilinogen. The detection principle of this kit is that Ehrlich's reagent reacts with urobilinogen under acidic conditions to produce red compounds. This kit has high sensitivity and is mainly used for qualitative detection of urobilinogen in human and animal urine.
