Product introduction
Urinary Bence-Chow protein, also known as coagulin, is a light chain of immunoglobulin or a polymer of it. The detection principle of this kit is that Ben-Chou protein can form precipitation with p-toluene sulfonic acid under acidic conditions. The isoelectric point of most general proteins is below 5.0, while Ben-Chou protein is slightly higher than that of general proteins. It is mostly used for the detection of Ben-Chou protein in human or animal urine, and it is a relatively specific method for detecting Ben-Chou protein.
