Product introduction

The time from venous blood in vitro to complete coagulation is the clotting time, which is a screening test to reflect the activity of coagulation factors in the endogenous coagulation system. When kaolin was added to whole blood, kaolin fully activated coagulation factors Ⅻ and Ⅺ and activated the endogenous coagulation system, while cerebrophospholipids provided a rich catalytic surface for the coagulation reaction, promoted the coagulation process and improved the sensitivity of the experiment. The measured blood coagulation time was called activated clotting time (APT). ACT). Activated clotting time (ACT) is one of the sensitive screening tests for the endogenous coagulation system. This kit is mainly used to measure the ACT of human and animal blood.
