Coagulation factor Ⅷ Qualitative Test Kit (Clotting method)
Product introduction
With the participation of Ca2+, coagulation factor Ⅷ can change soluble fibrin monomer polymer soluble in urea or monochloroacetic acid solution into fibrin, so plasma containing factor Ⅷ can no longer dissolve in the above solution after coagulation; If factor VIII is lacking in the plasma to be tested, the polymer can be dissolved in this solution. This kit was used for qualitative determination of coagulation factor Ⅷ in human and animal plasma.
