Urine protein Qualitative Test Kit (sulfosalicylic acid method)
Product introduction
The protein is far away from the isoelectric point, which is easy to cause the protein to form insoluble precipitation. Sulfosalicylic acid is a microbial base, and its anion can combine with positively charged protein to form insoluble protein salt and precipitate under acidic conditions. The kit is a qualitative detection kit with a sensitivity of 0.05-0.1 g/L, and is mostly used for the detection of human or animal urine protein.
