The time required for venous blood to clot completely after isolation is clotting time, which is a screening test that reflects the activity of coagulation factors in the endogenous coagulation system. Prothrombin time (PT) is the addition of excess tissue thromboplastin and calcium ions to the tested plasma to convert prothrombin into thrombin, which converts fibrinogen into fibrin. The time required for coagulation of plasma lacking platelets was calculated, using ISI as the reference. This kit is used to detect the plasma prothrombin time of human and animal blood. It not only reflects the level of prothrombin, but also reflects the level of factors Ⅴ, Ⅶ, Ⅹ and fibrinogen in plasma. It is a screening test kit for exogenous coagulation system.
