Scope of application
It is used in biochemical research to catalyze the degradation of DNA, and can be used to remove DNA from protein or RNA extraction. The enzyme reaction is as follows: deoxyribonucleic acid → dinucleotide ? 5 '-phosphate + oligonucleotide ? 5' -phosphate.
Usage method
After dissolving in 0.15M NaCl solution, it was a colorless clear liquid, and the reference concentration was 5.0mg/ml.
