UPLC-MS/MS-MRM
The column was C18 reversed phase column (2.1 mm × 50 mm I.D., 1.7 μm). The column temperature was 35℃. The UV detection wave length was set at 227 nm. The flow rate was 0.2 mL·min?1 and the total run time was 7 min. The mobile phases were A with methanol and B with water. MS/MS analysis was conducted in a positive ionization mode using electrospray ionization (ESI) source.
