Bone histamin extraction kit is suitable for extracting total protein from a variety of animal dense bone, loose bone and cartilage tissue samples. Bone histamin extract contains a variety of effective components, which can fully release bone histamin. The protease inhibitor mixture in the reagent ensures the integrity of the protein as much as possible. The extracted proteins can be used for downstream protein studies such as Western Blot and protein electrophoresis. The extraction process is simple and convenient, and can be completed within 1 hour.
