The product provides a premixed test solution, which saves the premixed test solution time for customers and is more convenient to use.

The kit is a product for fluorescence detection and quantification of dsDNA. The detection method is fast, sensitive and accurate, suitable for quantification of large-scale DNA samples such as cDNA libraries of NGS, and is resistant to common contaminants such as salts, free nucleotides, detergents and proteins to a certain extent.

The kit consists of ready-to-use working solution (pre-mixed fluorescent dye) and dsDNA standard. The test only needs to mix the sample (1-20ul) with the working solution, and the Qubit fluorometer can be used for reading, which is easy to operate and reliable data. The detection concentration range of the kit was 10pg/ ul-100 ng/ul, and the detection quality range was 0.2-100 ng, and the linear relationship was good (R2>0.99).

The kit can be used with Qubit instruments and is equivalent to the Qubit? 1× dsDNA HS Assay Kit.

Precautions

1. Please centrifuge the product to the bottom of the tube immediately before use, and then conduct subsequent experiments.

2. Fluorescent dyes have quenching problems, please try to avoid light to slow down fluorescence quenching.

3. Please balance each component in the kit to room temperature before quantitative testing.
