Storage: -20℃, avoid light.
Ex/Em: 480/690 nm
The dye is composed of two covalently linked fluorescent molecules, and the tandem dye has the excitation characteristics of the donor molecule and the emission characteristics of the acceptor molecule, so it has a large Stokes shift and is very suitable for the labeling of flow antibody. The dye label is compatible with NaN3, low concentration glycerol, Tris and glycine. The miniature ultrafiltration centrifuge tube provided with the kit quickly removes incompatible small molecule antibody stabilizers prior to labeling.
Precautions
1. Please centrifuge the product to the bottom of the tube immediately before use, and then conduct subsequent experiments.
2. The tube should be restored to room temperature first when it is taken out of the refrigerator, and then the tube sealing film should be opened to open the product to avoid moisture return and affect the use effect of the product.
3. When labeling different antibodies, the required dye and antibody labeling ratio may be different. After excluding other factors that may affect the labeling result, such as antibody quality and labeling steps, reducing the antibody quality can be considered to achieve better labeling effect.
4. Fluorescent dyes have quenching problems, please try to avoid light to slow down fluorescence quenching.
5. For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves.
