Preactivated PE Maleimide is a thiol reactive dye that can react with free thiol groups upstream of proteins. The activated dye can easily bind to proteins or antibodies without altering the spectral characteristics of PE.

Precaution：

1. Labeling different antibodies may require different ratios of dyes and antibodies. After excluding other factors that may affect the labeling results such as antibody quality and labeling steps, it is possible to consider reducing antibody quality to achieve better labeling results.

2. Fluorescent dyes all exhibit quenching, please avoid light to slow down fluorescence quenching.
