Product introduction:
MQAE is currently the most widely used new chloride ion fluorescence probe, Ex/Em: 350/460 nm. Compared with SPQ (a typical chloride ion indicator, Ksv=118 M-1), MQAE is more sensitive to chloride ions (Ksv=200 M-1) and has a higher fluorescence quantum yield. MQAE uses bromide ions as pairing anions, with a maximum excitation wavelength of about 350 nm and a maximum emission wavelength of about 460 nm. When the concentration of chloride ions increases, the fluorescence intensity of MQAE decreases proportionally with the increase of chloride ion concentration. When the chloride ion concentration is below 50 mM, the fluorescence intensity of MQAE is almost unaffected by pH changes.
