Product introduction:
NBD C6 Ceramide is a fluorescent sphingolipid analogue, Ex/Em: 466/530 nm (in MeOH), which can be used to study sphingolipid transport and metabolic mechanisms. It can also be used for selective staining of Golgi apparatus in living cells and fixed cells. Environmentally sensitive NBD dyes emit weak fluorescence in water, but their fluorescence increases in non proton solvents and other non-polar environments.
Precaution：
1. Fluorescent dyes all have quenching problems, please try to avoid light as much as possible to slow down fluorescence quenching.
2. If Golgi staining is performed on suspended cells, it is recommended to perform staining under 2 * 106 cell/mL conditions.
3. For your safety and health, please wear laboratory clothes and disposable gloves when operating.
