fluorescence Spectrum：Ex/Em: 515/704 nm (MeOH)

Product Introduction：
RH421 is a fast response membrane potential dye that is widely used for the detection of neuronal transmembrane potential, synaptic activity, and ion channel activity. It exhibited a greater than 20% change in fluorescence for every 100 mV voltage change in the neuroblastoma model.

Precaution：

1. All fluorescent dyes have quenching problems, please try to avoid light to slow down the fluorescence quenching.
