This product is an aqueous solution with a concentration of 1.5M Trehalose (D-(+) -trehalose dihydrate), which can be directly added to the PCR reaction system or reverse transcription reaction to improve the thermal stability and activity of the enzyme. It has the following characteristics:

1. Adding trehalose to the reaction system can increase the stability and activity of the heat-sensitive enzyme at high temperature.

2. Trehalose can increase the thermal stability and thermal activation properties of murine leukemia virus Reverse transcripatase, so that it still has full activity at 60℃, which is sufficient to synthesize full-length cDNA before the induction of mRNA secondary structure termination reaction, and the reaction efficiency is greatly improved.

3, help to improve the activity of dry and preserved enzymes.
