Product introduction：
The SAlexa Fluor fluorescein in this kit is conjugated with an N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) ester that reacts with the primary amine to form a stable covalent amide bond and release the NHS group. Generally, one IgG molecule combined with 2-12 SAlexa Fluor fluorescein molecules can achieve good fluorescence effect.
