| Background | JC-10 is a Ricoh probe used to detect mitochondrial membrane potential. When the mitochondrial membrane potential is high， JC-10 aggregates in the mitochondrial matrix and produces red fluorescence; When the mitochondrial membrane potential is low， JC-10 is monomer and generates green fluorescence. |
